         My business is beach vacation rentals, moving tenants out and in every Saturday or monthly year round. It’s a fast paced business of 
"Beat the Clock!"

         During construction on Friday, workers in one unit cut all wires to the internet, telephone, and TV in both units!  We all know that cable companies schedule repairs a week out. With guests arriving the next day I was panic stricken!

       I called Wave Connect, but their day was booked with no free technicians. Later Paul called me back.  His technician, Robyn, already home for the weekend drove back to my beach house from Jamul, reconnected all of the wiring, and made certain that all 3 TV’s, internet, and land lines were up and running.

       While working, he overheard a repairman mention that special screws were missing to assemble a bed and he would have to rush to buy some several miles away. Robyn intervened, stating that he might be able to help. He did!  He went to his service truck with the repairman and found just the right sized screws and washers. 

       This saved us valuable time and allowed us to beat the clock before guests arrived.  Robyn went above and beyond, did his job superbly and offered a helping hand.
